I had a blender that the board blew up and since i had it from a friend and i have no receipt so i took it apart to c whats wrong.

- there is NO PARTS anywhere PERIOD even china. nothing online whatsoever

so i decided to contact customer service to c what they can do. long story short (they dont sent out parts but they offered me a new one with a discount price of 75$ (tax & would be 105$) (original price is 220$) which sounded good to me and just before i say my credit card #. i asked how ling is the warranty would be (expected 1 year) and she said its 90 days only cuz its a discounted price.

so i asked what happens after that? the reply was "we can work something out" not sure what kinda answer is that!!!!!!!!

then i found out (from her) that they dont have service center so even if something happened to the new device after the 90 days and i wanna fix it and PAY for it, I CAN'T

thats what kind of company this is

sounds ridiculous to me in every way

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Preferred solution: not even sure what to say right now.
