Hello, I've been trying to reach customer service for days about my mother's Ninja Blender (HB152). While it's technically out of warranty, it appears that this model is prone to allowing fluid to leak into the base. After she reported leaking from the base and an add odor, I opened it up to find disgusting rot. Please advise. Thanks, Chris

I called this company 3 months ago to ask for a part that already needs replacing after just purchasing my vacuum in October 23. They didnt have it at the time and probably cant even obtain it for their customers. Or they just dont care, no follow-thru. Their phone system is terrible, too.

Order vacuum and carpet cleaner plus accessor i

I like to know who Im talking to on the phone and I most of the time I ask for their name. I called 10 different phone numbers some were referred to me so I could order the CarpetXpert true pet package with pet tool and stain striker solution, when I called 1-48*-***-**** number which was referred to me by a representative named Rayann I listened to a recorded message explaining how wonderful the carpetXpert was.

I was hoping to make a purchase but at the end of the recording the person said call the number or go online, I didnt have a number to call and I didnt initially go online because I couldnt locate the additional carpet cleaning solutions or additional odor pods for the pet vacuum that purchased. I called 1-833-**** and talked to a helpful lady who was able to place an order for the pet vacuum. At that time I asked if she could also add the carpetXpert cleaner to the order, she explained that she could not access the carpet cleaner or any accessories that I wanted to add to my order for the vacuum or the carpet cleaner. She referred me to the customer service number who could help me with the cleaner and the accessories, so I called 1-80*-***-**** which was no help.

I called that number again hoping to talk to another representative that knew a way to open another invoice and order the cleaner and additional items but no luck. I called 185*-***-****, 800-581-**** and 800-361-**** which also no luck. A lady named Chris referred to the number 855-427-**** which I called three times and talked to different representatives, I dont remember which number I called but I talked to a lady named Caitlin who was super helpful, she located all of the items that I wanted as we were to the point where I was going to give her my credit card information the phone disconnected, I dont know if it was my phone or her phone but I was becoming frustrated with the fact that when I called the number again and was greeted by another representative who started that didnt know a person named Caitlin. I talked to Edward, Eileen who was very unfriendly and Ron at 1-80*-***-**** which was also a dead end.

So I went to the internet page for the Shark products and ordered the items that I had hoped to purchase but the odor pods for the vacuum were out of stock which is the same for the carpet cleaning solutions. I have a 2story home and for some reason I ended up with 2 vacuums on my order form, at first I thought how did that happen but decided that an upstairs vacuum and a downstairs vacuum would be nice. My recommendation for your great company would be to first make a directory of all the representatives so they can be located if a call drops or if a customer wants to call back and be able to talk to the person they are comfortable with, Second I am confused by the fact that a representative that I am comfortable working with is not able to fill my order because they dont know how to resource the other items that I want to purchase. To be honest I came very close to giving up on the carpetXpert because I couldnt find anyone to answer my questions and concerns but I persevered and used the Shark site.

I dont think the employees are the problem, it seemed like they were trying to help me but were frustrated with the way the Shark system is setup. They should be able to help a customer from start to finish because like I said its great to complete an order with the representative that you start with and trust.

Flexology hinge failed, which appears to be a very common problem with the Duo Clean.

Due to a bad design and 2nd rate materials the Flexology hinge on my DUO Clean has failed. It appears to be a very common fault with this item. My duo clean is still under warrantee and shark uk have refused to repair the item because it was purchased from shark france.

I ordered 2 grills and never received them to my residence. I received 1 box of accessories and that's it. They will not resend me andy grills or refund the payment so I'm stuck with a loan I have to pay.

No way to speak to someone

I bought a Shark IZ500 vacuum cleaner last night. When I went to plug it in to charge, the plug was damaged. I could not speak to someone to get this resolved.I do not feel I should have to buy a replacement, not my fault it came with a damaged plug.

Battery replacement

Brand new shark Ninja and battery doesnt work from day 1. Called customer service and waited over two weeks to have them mail me one. Called again and they said they dont have one. Poor service and representative was useless.

Will no not work with me

Two vacuums got ordered accidentally one came on the 6th, the second on the 9th. The FedEx young man said he'd just return it.

He never gave me paper work and dumb me did not think to ask. Evidently, he might have just taken it because SharkNinja said they Never got it. I've called back and forth between SharkNinja and FedEx with absolutely NO help. Shark said we have to have a shipping number so they won't do anything.

I was told to have Shark call FedEx and they refused. No one could check to see about deliveries, when, and where. Seems like they got their money so they are done. FedEx could check also but NO.

I've tried so often, all I could do was start crying on the phone. How embarrassing, first time. I'm so frustrated and hurt, one would think a 77-year-old would know better. There is so much more but I think I've said enough.

Let them try living with about 25000/yr.

and just losing (for us) a lot of money. May God help us all.

I have bought many Shark cordless sweepers in the past. I have very good luck with them, though they don't last forever. Now to the problem at hand. I have two Shark V2945Z cordless sweepers. Broke a belt on one of them. The number on the belt is MS 2M336-5. That number does not mean anything to the industry. Does this same belt fit any other of your sweepers? If so, what models. If belts are not available, then whats the use of using Sharks??? Regards, Ralph
