The customer service is terrible. I talked to five people about my issue, and everyone gave me a different answer.
The equipment that theyre selling is awful. Shark PowerDetect 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop with NeverTouch Pro Base This is the worst Robo vac ever made.
Navigation is terrible battery. Life is horrible and constantly gets stuck in areas you told it not to go in.

After experiencing multiple failed pitchers on a Ninja blender we purchased only about 2+ yrs ago (2023), I attempted to get some product support from their customer care team to have a replacement pitcher supplied to us - given the repetitive failures. Sadly, no special consideration was given.
Firstly, the product quality is inferior - under normal (light even) usage - 3 pitchers failing in under 3 years is surprising, to say the least.
(all replaced with cost and hassle). Secondly, after explaining the circumstances to customer care and even escalating the matter to a supervisor - I only received the standard policy response - no special consideration was given to my experience with the quality issues and inconvenience in having to order replacement products.
Preferred solution: A replacement blender pitcher (3rd one) after multiple prior failures - sent at no cost.
User's recommendation: Chose Another Brand ! Inferior Product Quality & Disappointing Customer Care !
Customer service is horrible. I have a shark mop an vac an I am on my third one they just want to get you off the phone .The machines are not built with any quality an dont last even a year

Can't charge.
On the phone for hours all they do send out parts or charge you for upgrade machine. There is no quality an no remedy for my own time . I learned my lesson no more sharks.

Our 4.5 year old shark vacuum stopped working. I called shark cs.
A wonderful person named Akilah diagnosed the issue, determined the unit irreparable and had a new replacement vacuum shipped out via FedEx that evening! One of the BEST customer service experiences I have EVER had!!

I ordered the Ninja XSKSTAND for the XL Ninja Grill/Smoker. The cost was $132.35 + tax.
The box arrived smashed and the stand broken. I called and the stand was replaced with an $88 stand.
The box was also smashed in. I called and was asked to send photos of the box.
- Grill is made well
- Had to speak to many people for customer service
Preferred solution: An accessory for the cheaper stand they sent as a replacement for the more expensive stand.

It does not work as much as it does
I have had numerous issues with using my shark, usually on the techology end. my ability to communicate with it has been difficult.
I have been shut out of my account several times. it is necessary to get online or call too much.
I don't know where to get replacement brushes. I would not buy another one.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: No response from Service possibly dangerous fault
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Ninja finally contacted me and advised the fault meant the product was unsafe to use.
As it was 18 months old (i.e.
6 months past guarantee) they offered, and I accepted and discount on another product. So, not overly happy that such a product should fail so soon, it was a pragmatic settlement.We did use the discount and hope the replacement lasts longer.
Damaged pressure lid. Bought a replacement from Ninja website.
Pressure release valve didn't seem to work as the original. Asked Customer Service, twice. No response.
Possible danger from pressure cooking and/or escaping steam. Just want expert advice to avoid throwing away nearly new kit.

I purchased the pretty care cordless vacuum in January of this year. The vacuum works for wood floors, but it does not work on my carpet. When I purchased it, it worked well on a regular floor runner, but it does not clean my shack carpet.
User's recommendation: Be sure you are able to exchange your vacuum if it does not work Six months or longer after purchase date. A vacuum is a product that should last longer than a year.

Hello,
I've been trying to reach customer service for days about my mother's Ninja Blender (HB152).
While it's technically out of warranty, it appears that this model is prone to allowing fluid to leak into the base. After she reported leaking from the base and an add odor, I opened it up to find disgusting rot.
Please advise.

I called this company 3 months ago to ask for a part that already needs replacing after just purchasing my vacuum in October 23. They didnt have it at the time and probably cant even obtain it for their customers.
Or they just dont care, no follow-thru. Their phone system is terrible, too.
