Sharkninja - Awful customer service
I ordered 2 parts and 1 hour later contacted them and said i had wrong model number and needed to cancel and reorder. Their response was it was Too late! So they will process and send it to me, for me to return! I will return but will never re order from them.

I was charged 13.70 for my order that i which was sent to a wrong address so i never recieved it. I was never refunded. i called today 6/8/2018 for my refund and i was only refunded 8.71. I want my full refund!
